Sorry it’s been a while
since I didn't write last week. I was not feeling well at all. Luckily I'm
feeling a ton better now! :) Elder Porter and I are staying together for this
next transfer, but besides that the rest of our zone got changed out. We are
the only Companionship, besides the Zone Leaders, who haven't been changed. Let’s
see if I can update you guys on the area...
We lost some of our
investigators these past two weeks. Juan, who was engaged to a less active
member, took off. And when things fell apart with him and his ex, they fell
apart with us too... But the less active member is doing better now and she is
starting to attend church. Also Jessica decided she didn't want to talk to us
anymore and left an interesting sign on her house telling us. But we have a lot
of potential investigators and we have been getting tons of referrals so we
should have more investigators soon. :)
Something that was kind of
cool is that there is a Less Active older man in one of the wards I cover whose
last name... is Rash. I'm planning on stopping by and seeing him later this
week.
Well my family is all at
Lake Powell right now which makes me miss the Lake so much!!! Also my Cousin
Zack will be leaving for the MTC July 31! I'm so excited for him! He will be
serving in the Kiev Ukraine mission.
Well today being P day I
will probably play sports, hang out with other missionaries or do something
cool. Last week we played Laser Tag which was really fun!!! Hopefully we can do
it again. This being Idaho members pretty much run everything so we got in for
free!
