Hello,
Well Folks there are a few surprises for you this week that I have just forgot to mention in my past letters! What I am about to say may shock some of you....
Elder Nielson is no longer with me.... DUN DUN DUN... I forgot to mention last letter that he was getting transferred!! To no place other than MY OLD AREA!!! Shelley South!!! He is so lucky! He has already served in Shelley for 8 months and now he is BACK! He is super excited and happy to go back!
So some of you are now wondering... Who is my new companion??? Well..... His name is Elder Kolb. He is from Missouri! He has been out for 4 months and we get along really well! He's an awesome companion and we've had a lot of laughs already!
Lets see! oh! another surprise! This past Weekend Elder David A Bednar came to the mission and talked with all the missionaries and we even had a Q & A session with him! It was such a neat experience! We were all a little nervous because of how bold he can be. But he did a great job of being personable and letting us have fun while still being spiritual and being taught by the spirit! He told us that if any of us go home and 5 years later say that "our missions were the most spiritual part of our lives" that he would take us to a room where no one could hear and "Rebuke the Daylights out of us" We are always supposed to continue in our spiritual growth!
Well The Camel went on more adventures this week. He was feeling a little homesick so he decided to take a trip out the the closest desert he could find, the Indian Reservation. It said "No Trespassing" But The Camel didn't listen.... He had a great time breaking the rules! Hopefully he changes his ways soon.
This week we had some great lessons with our investigators, We also have been working hard to find more people to teach! This goes out to anyone!!! IF YOU KNOW SOMEONE WHO MAY ACCEPT MISSIONARIES OVER, TELL THE MISSIONARIES. I speak first hand. It is hard enough to find people let alone doing it without any help. So step up and help out. You are either on the Lord's Team or Not.
Well I just want to give a special HAPPY BIRTHDAY to my awesome Brother DEVON! who is turning 16! You heard that right ladies! He is officially on the market to date! so go ask him! he's shy!!! if he doesn't have 5 dates lined up by next week I'm calling all your bishops! I'm a missionary, I can do that!
Well that's all I got guys! I love you, I'm praying for you, I want the best for you! Always remember than and never forget who you are. Why you are here, and you are more than you think you are.
